Domestic and Sexual Violence within the Two-Spirit/LGBTQ Community: What Does it Look Like?

Two-Spirit/LGBTQ individuals face disproportionally high rates of all forms of violence, including domestic violence, yet they are often neglected as survivors. It is frightening to realize how widespread domestic and sexual violence is in our society and within the LGBTQ community—yet, there is still a strong denial. This webinar is to push back on the notion that the Two-Spirit/LGBTQ is a forgotten and underserved population. The presenters will discuss the high rates and the impact of domestic and sexual violence on the Two-Spirit/LGBTQ community.
